Matt is an award-winning Director with 17 years experience in the motion design and broadcast industry.

Prior to establishing Daylight in 2004, he worked as an editor and director for various production companies in a freelance role, working directly with clients such as Mothercare, Levis, and ASDA.

He also worked on shoots multiple different European cities and has traveled to the US on several occasions working for various clients including Unilever.
Matt’s work has been featured in Creative Review, Formfiftyfive and the BBC.

Ben has been part of the team at Daylight for 6 years now and his experience ranges from self-shooting videos to editing and post-production.

He has had experience in a wide range of projects, from short dramas, documentaries and work within the corporate sector. He has had his work screened at BFI Southbank, RTS and at a variety of festivals.

He has gained worldwide acknowledgment for his portrait films on dancers and has produced these for many clients in this field including Sadlers Wells.

David is an experienced graphic designer, art director and design manager, providing design leadership, creative thinking and intelligent practice in visual communication.

Since 2004 David has worked on projects including designs for the Science Museum, English Heritage, University of Greenwich, V&A and Manchester Museum. 

Between 2004–7 David was an associate lecturer in graphic design at the London College of Communication. He has been working with Daylight in a consultant role since 2013.
