Film Brief:

Showtown in Blackpool is the UK’s first museum of popular entertainment, celebrating the rich history of seaside fun, circus performance, magic, glitz and glamour. It opened in 2024.

Working with David Sudlow Designers we were commissioned to create a film for the Showtown Celebration Exhibition, shining the spotlight on everyone who helped in the making of the museum. The exhibition centrepiece was the short film, honouring the full range of activities and projects that took place over the ten years Showtown was being developed. This involved editing and  bringing to life hours of archive content into a 12 minute film.
