The Job:

Urban Splash / Residential Investment Fund

The Brief:

Making the investment case for the Urban Splash Residential Fund

Urban Splash wanted to explain why its residential fund represented a strong investment opportunity.

The film needed to bring together the growth of the rental market, Urban Splash’s development track record, the quality of the homes, the fund structure, the existing portfolio and the future pipeline into one clear proposition for investors.

The aim was to show not only what the fund owned, but why Urban Splash was well placed to grow it.

The Challenge:

Making a complex fund proposition clear without turning it into a dense financial presentation.

Investors needed to understand the market opportunity, the strength of the Urban Splash brand, the management experience behind the fund, how the structure worked and where future growth would come from.

The challenge was to make all of that feel clear, credible and easy to follow.

The Approach:

Building the investment case step by step, from track record and market opportunity through to proof, governance and future growth.

The film was structured to answer the questions an investor would naturally have about the fund.

It moved from Urban Splash’s development track record and the changing rental market into the fund structure, existing portfolio, management experience, development pipeline and investment strategy.

Senior interviews and footage of real Urban Splash developments gave each part of that case a human voice and tangible evidence.

Why It Worked

Turning an abstract investment proposition into something investors could see and understand.

The developments and homes provided the visual evidence, while the interviews explained the market opportunity, the fund strategy, the strength of the pipeline and the experience of the people behind it.

That gave investors a clearer understanding of both the proposition and the reasons Urban Splash believed it could scale.
