The Job:

County Durham / MIPIM Investment Film

The Brief:

Giving Bruntwood a clear overview of the developments coming next.

Bruntwood needed a short film for the Bruntwood Briefing that could bring together a number of future developments in its pipeline.

The aim was to give the audience a simple, visual overview of the projects and show the scale of what was planned.

The Challenge:

Turning several separate developments into one easy-to-follow presentation.

Each project had its own location, scale and information, but the film needed to work as one coherent piece rather than a sequence of disconnected schemes.

The challenge was to keep the information clear, concise and visually engaging.

The Approach:

Using motion graphics, project imagery and key facts to present the pipeline simply and clearly.

The film moved through the developments in a clear visual sequence, using graphics and concise information to give each project enough context without overloading the audience.

The emphasis was on clarity and pace, allowing the wider development pipeline to be understood quickly.

Why It Worked

A simple format made a large amount of development information easy to absorb.

Rather than trying to tell a complicated story around every scheme, the film gave Bruntwood a concise way to show what was coming next and communicate the breadth of its development activity.
